RAC

RISE is a new permanent supportive housing community located in South Los Angeles that was designed to accommodate homeless veterans and other homeless individuals. The five-story structure features 57 fully furnished apartments, plus 3,400 square feet of community commercial space

HALE MOENA

Hale Moena is a mixed-use affordable senior and multifamily rental community in Kapolei on the island of O’ahu, Hawaii. Located on a three-acre block, the expansive community includes 297 units with mountain and ocean views in two 13-story towers, plus 2,300 square feet of ground floor retail space.
